We want you to love your Glamstone piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges & Returns

• Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with original packaging.

• Due to the nature of our materials and craftsmanship, slight variations in color, shape, or texture are not considered defects.

Gifts

If you received a Glamstone piece as a gift, exchanges are gladly accepted.

• A valid order number is required to process any exchange.

• Gift exchanges are issued as store credit or exchanged for another item of equal value.

• Original prices are never disclosed to gift recipients.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start an Exchange

• Your order number

• The item you’d like to exchange

• The item you’d prefer instead (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Additional Notes

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Glamstone reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
